Chicken's bed

It's a sandwich ( or a burger -> You will see later ) filled with chicken
Same technique as the previous recipe ( Jungle Peanut ), we will do breaded chicken
( It's fine because I had still Chicken in my fridge so... nevermind. )

Ingredients :

Chicken fillet - Creme Fraiche - Slices of Cheese - Lettuce - Milk - Bread crumbs - Bread or Hamburger bun ( Choice is yours) - Oil - Hot sauce ( Chili or something hot like that )

Preparation :


Put a little milk on a plate, do same for Bread crumbs and Chicken fillet (Thoses three ingredients AREN'T on the same plate)
Take an empty plate and put it next to the plate with Bread crumbs if you want to do more than one sandwich
On the bread crumbs you can put different things, like parmesan cheese or curry or pepper be sure to mix it with the Bread crumbs before the steps

Steps :


1. Chop the Chicken fillet because it must fit the size of your Bread ( or Burger pan )
2. Heat the frying pan
3. Take your chicken fillet, soak it with milk on the two sides, then do the same with your Bread crumbs
4. Put Oil in the frying pan
5. While the Oil is heating, grill your Breads in the toaster
6. When the Oil is hot, Cook the Chicken fillet, while it's cooking, take your Toasts and spead on one, the Creme Fraiche, and on the other one, the Hot sauce.
7. Put the Lettuce on the toast with the Hot sauce, and Cheese on the other one ( with Creme Fraiche )
8. When your chicken is cooked on the two sides, put it between your Toasts


Presentation :


Put some Lettuce next to your sandwich and if you can do some french fries with it it should be perfect to show

Jungle Peanut

It's chicken coated with peanut, and a peanut sauce !
I recommend this with rice for the sauce

You will need :
Chicken fillet - Peanuts (Obviously) - 1 Egg - Grain Mustard - Peanut Butter - and like we say in France ( : I surrender !) Crème Fraiche ( : Fresh cream )

This recipe is harder than the mayonnaise :
1. Mash the peanuts in a plate in powder. Break the egg and take only the yellow part, throw away the remains, toss the yellow part in another plate.
2. Take the chicken fillet and soak it in the egg, it must be soaked, then put it in the peanut powder, the chicken fillet must be soaked on the two sides !
3. Take a casserole, put the Fresh cream in it, put one spoonful of mustard and peanut butter (2 if you like that)
(The mix Peanut butter and grain mustard is wonderful)
4. Cook the Chicken fillet and the cream you made separately
5. Eat that, my little nerd :) om nom nom

How to make an homemade mayonnaise !


For this you will need:

  • 1 1/2 c (for blender) or 1 c. (for whisk) olive (not virgin) oil - or canola oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. (or to taste) apple cider vinegars , white wine vinegar, or lemon juice
  • 1 pasteurized eggs - plus 1 yolk for blender method
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard

Steps !
1. Whisk the egg, mustard and salt together in a small bowl.
2. Continue to whisk as you begin to add 1 c. oil drop by drop.
3. As the mixture begins to thicken, add the oil a little more quickly, ending in a thin, steady stream.
4. Whisk in the vinegar.
5. Squeeze the mayonnaise onto the egg.


It's easy :)

Tomato sauce

You will need :
4 Tomatoes - 3 Green Chili pepper - 1 Onion - Salt - Pepper - Parsley - Maize oil - 2 Garlic's cloves

1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in cross, scald them shortly, fresh them, peel them, and finally crush them.
2. Wash the chili pepper, Slice them. Peel the garlic and press it. Peel the onion and cut it in small dices.
3. Heat up the oil in a stove and put the garlic and the onion briefly, add the tomatoes and the chili pepper
4. Put a little amount of salt and pepper, then mix the sauce.
5. Wash the parsley, soar it, slice it, add it to the sauce. Wait about 5 minutes. Your sauce is ready
